The House

The property features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), 2 cloakrooms with WC, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room that comfortably seats 12, a living room, and a beautiful conservatory with panoramic views. There is ample private parking for up to 5 vehicles, along with large lawns, patios, and a spacious decked balcony with stunning views. All bedrooms offer magnificent countryside views, with glimpses of the distant sea.

Fast Wi-Fi (up to 30 Mbps) is available throughout the property, allowing you to stream movies or work remotely as needed.

Bedrooms

Bedroom layout (5 bedrooms, sleeps 12):

• Bedroom 1: Zip & link beds that can be configured as a king or two singles
• Bedroom 2: Double bed
• Bedroom 3: Double bed
• Bedroom 4: King bed;
• Bedroom 5 (lower ground floor): Zip & link beds that can be configured as one super-king plus two singles, or four separate singles. A cot is also available in Bedroom 5.

Each bedroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Living Room

The spacious living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views and window seating, large comfy sofas, a log-burning stove, table lamps, and a dimmer switch for soft lighting. Additionally, there is a large 50-inch TV equipped with Sky TV and Netflix, along with a Blu-ray player.

Dining Room

Accessed either through double doors from the hall or double doors from the living room, the magnificent dining room seats 12 guests comfortably. From the dining room, additional double patio doors lead to a spacious double-tiered balcony, which provides ample space for outdoor dining for the entire household, along with a large gas barbecue for al fresco catering. A highchair is also available, and a wide selection of family games can be found in the sideboard.

Conservatory

A stunning conservatory leads off the living room, overlooking the pool and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside and coast. It also connects to the large balcony and provides a quiet retreat with comfortable sofas.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor heated swimming pool (available from April 1st to the end of September) is a standout feature of the property. Completely private and offering superb views, along with an integrated spa tub, the pool is a major attraction for guests of all ages. It’s perfect for games and relaxation, especially for children, but it also features powerful swim jets that can be activated for those looking to "swim against the current." Kitchen

The large kitchen features bespoke handmade ivory-painted units, granite worktops, an island unit, a Belfast sink, a range cooker, a tall integrated fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of crockery and utensils. It offers seating for six at the table and provides panoramic views of the sea and countryside. You can also enjoy your favorite TV programs from Sky or Netflix while having breakfast or preparing food.

Cinema Room

Our state-of-the-art cinema room features a massive 86-inch UHD TV, allowing you to watch Sky TV and Netflix in 4K resolution. Experience a full cinema-quality surround sound system with front and rear speakers, as well as a subwoofer. Relax in one of six electronic fully reclining leather cinema seats equipped with built-in massage and seat heating. Additionally, there is a high-performance Xbox Series X gaming console with various games, including FIFA.

Utility and Games Rooms

The house includes a separate, large utility room with shaker-style base and wall units, featuring a large family washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron, along with a sink and storage for cleaning supplies. A rear door leads to an enclosed patio, offering a woodland view, gardens, and a washing line.

A door from the main house provides direct access to the attached double garage, which not only houses a full-height freezer but also serves as a spacious games room, complete with a full-sized table tennis table, table soccer, and darts.
